Personalised Fax's

It's obvious that personalising your fax flyer by addressing it to the person within each company who is in the position to evaluate your offer and take appropriate action works very well.

It is equally obvious that sending a flyer with either the company, or the person that you want to read your fax, wrongly addressed is worse that having no personalised information on your flyer.

So the test of whether you personalise your flyer or not comes down to - are the contact details on the database that you are going to use 100% (or almost 100% correct)

 After almost ten years experience in fax marketing, we know that the contact details on our database is not sufficienty accurate to offer you a 'fax personalising' service.

To do so would require us to contact every company on our database at least once a year, and apart from most companies being unwilling to give information over the phone, the cost would be such that we could no longer offer you a 'free use' database.

We have purchased many lists containing contact details, but have always found that they were so out of date that they were useless.

Beware any company who offers to personalise your fax at extra cost.  Its a great idea, but how would you feel about receiving a fax addressed to a company that went bust two years ago, or a collegued who has just died, been sacked, retired, etc. etc.
